TVET- Deputy Team Leader works closely with the Team Leader, support Team Leader in the technical and project Management aspect. Support in overall project development and implementation plan by output, coordinate all project interventions and consultant inputs and manage the PIC offices. Ensure effective relationship and coordination between executing and implementing agencies.
Qualifications, experience and required skills:
• A post-graduate degree in education or management,
• At least 7 years’ experience in management and implementation of education and TVET projects in Cambodia.
• Experience serving as team leader or deputy team leader in Education/TVET projects.
• Knowledge of project management and digital tools of project management, procurement, and financial management procedures,
• Knowledge of Cambodia specific TVET policy and regulatory framework. Experience of working with Government and other stakeholders is a desirable skill.
Note: This role is project-based and for a full-time employee, the candidate is expected to be in-country, therefore, we will be considering only Cambodian nationals and/or residents for this post.
