This person is responsible for identifying the demand for skills in the informal sector by ensuring that learners and Master Craft Persons (MCP) are selected based on criteria and guidelines that will oversee the quality of skills training provided to participants. Additionally, they will work to place participants in decent jobs within the informal sector to develop MCPs as competent trainers and providing technical support to field staff to ensure quality implementation.
Knowledge on technical and vocational education.
Planning and report writing skills, staff management skills, communication skills, rapport building.
Competent on digital literacy
Masters in any discipline preferably from Agriculture/ Social Science/ MBA/ Marketing
Minimum 1 year experience in technical and vocational education or skills sector (Government/Non-Government)
