Public Service Contract for “Opportunity-Driven Skills (VET) and Employment”

We are reaching out to share a tender opportunity that Enabel has launched, which you might find particularly interesting. You can find all the details here.

This tender involves a framework agreement seeking expertise in four specific areas:

• LOT 1: Expert in Opportunity-driven Skills (VET) and Employment
• LOT 2: Expert in Skills (VET) and Decent Jobs for the Green and Circular Economy
• LOT 3: Expert in Skills (VET) and Decent Jobs for (Critical) Raw Materials
• LOT 4: Expert in Vocational Excellence

For each lot, we will be selecting five different experts or organizations. You are welcome to apply for one or more of these expertise areas. The contract will span over four years, during which Enabel can place orders for expertise, including both remote work and local missions in SSA, with an estimated duration of 2-6 months. The deadline of the tender is 28 February 2025, 10:00 AM (Belgium time).

This will contribute to the Team Europe Initiative on Opportunity-driven Skills and VET in Africa or support Enabel’s general missions.
