Responsibilities

- Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating of program activities as well as supervising the staff at remote centres .  - Provide technical and administrative support to TVET management and Deputy.   - Director/ Program on progress of activities and advise on any delays and obstacles in program implementation .  - Maintains links with administrative staff at remote canters and at DTC (Damascus Training Center) administrative team to ensure the coherence of the program and avoid delays and misconnection .  - Setting performance objectives for all staff and regular reviews and documentation.  - Finalize all administrative and logistics preparations required for the remote centres.   - Close coordination with the administrative officer on timely spending of PB and project funds , submission of  required list of training materials, contract renewals for staff , and following up maintenance issues at remote centres .  - Collect success stories , produce factsheet and  lesson learnt showing the achievement at remote centres .  - Prepare reports on the progress of the project, including reports on statistics , and track the expenditures  of the project.  - Performs other duties as assigned .

* Conditions of service:  Contract Status:  - Limited Duration Contract for 6 months renewable appointment subject to funding confirmation.
