An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Education, Labour Economics, or Social Sciences;
Proven expertise, attested by a track record of publications, in the analysis of the education system, youth labour market outcomes and skills mismatch in North Macedonia;
Advanced knowledge of main surveys available in North Macedonia covering labour market and education issues (Labour Force Survey, Living Standards Measurement Survey, administrative data on registered unemployment, Adult learning survey, etc.);
Advanced analytical skills, including econometric analysis of cross-sectional and longitudinal datasets);
(Desirable) Working experience in collection and analysis of primary qualitative data on education and the linkage to the world of work;
Good knowledge of North Macedonian technical and vocational education policies and programmes;
Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and writing.
