Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is looking for an Education and TVET Lead for the anticipated USAID Cambodia Employ project. The Education and TVET Lead will play a critical role in enhancing and developing education and training programs for TVET institutions across Cambodia. This role is key to integrating STEM and other cutting-edge skills into training programs and curricula to prepare students for future jobs in emerging sectors.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative education and training programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
• Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders to ensure curricula and training relevance and alignment with job market needs.
• Design and implement training programs for educators in new and emerging sectors.
• Promote the development of credentials and certification programs that meet industry standards and enhance employment prospects for students.
• Evaluate the impact of curriculum and training program changes on student outcomes and employment readiness; gathering feedback from students, educators, and industry partners to inform continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in technical and vocational education and training. Master’s Degree or higher is preferable though equivalent experience will be equitably evaluated.
• Knowledge of current trends in education, particularly in technical and vocational education.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, industry partners, and government agencies to develop and implement curriculum changes.
• Strong project management, analytical, and evaluation skills.
• Minimum of ten years of professional experience with preference for and knowledge of Cambodian technical and vocational education.
• Ideally Cambodian national.
