We connect buyers and vendors of complex instructional technologies and help institutions across the globe procure the right training systems for their needs. Our platform improves transparency, comparison, and trust in the procurement process.
Why We're Building a Talent Pool
We regularly receive requests for information (RFIs), proposals (RFPs), and quotations (RFQs) from clients who are planning to procure TVET equipment. These often require rapid responses, technical evaluations, or bundled solutions. To respond quickly and accurately, we're assembling a roster of domain experts we can engage on a per-project basis.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your background and availability, you may be called upon to:
- Evaluate client RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and provide input
- Help assemble or review technical proposals
- Support pricing, configuration, or equipment comparisons
- Participate in short consult calls with prospective clients
- Provide insight into vendor capabilities or product suitability
- Possibly contribute to internal training materials or case studies

Ideal Profiles
- Engineers, technicians, or vocational trainers with hands-on experience
- Procurement consultants familiar with educational hardware/software
- Recently retired professionals wanting flexible project work
- Existing freelancers or consultants with relevant domain knowledge
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of TVET equipment in your field
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Experience working with vocational institutions or training centers
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
