Shahinaz is an International expert in TVET and educational career guidance.
Additionally, she is a Remote Team Lead at WINS Global Consult GmbH (part-time) for the GIZ QICS Project in Syria. She has a PhD in Educational Science from the Philipp University of Marburg, Germany, and over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating TVET and career guidance programs in various countries and contexts.
As a Team Lead, Shahinaz manages the short-term expert pool, ensures the timely achievement of deliverables, and formulates the roadmap for the Qualification Initiative Syrian Civil Society project. Her experience also covers curricula and training material development.
As a Freelance International Expert, Shahinaz has worked with various development cooperation organisations, such as GIZ, IB, GOPA, m4edu, Integration and European Profiles, providing research, assessment, concepts, policy framework development, and training services.
She has published several articles and book chapters on career guidance.
