Rajendra is a TVET expert with 25 years of experience as TVET specialist and Capacity Development Specialist.
He has deep knowledge in designing and implementing Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Approaches in TVET sector for Nepal. He also possesses in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge and experience in program design, training needs analysis, rapid market appraisal, curriculum development, job analysis, training material development, training of trainers for TVET sector.
• Management Expertise: Many years of expertise as manager of teams, either as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader. Knows how to assign duties and responsibilities to team members and assist them in carrying out their assignments and monitor their work, either in their specific TVET functions or in team support functions (e.g. communications, monitoring and evaluation, finance etc.).
• International Expertise: Strong international profile: Consultant and team leader and Master Trainer on analyzing, designing, implementing, coordinating, evaluating TVET programs in Nepal and abroad (Bhutan, Myanmar,Cambodia, Indonesia, Uganda, Rwanda).
