Holding an MBA in General Management and an MSc in Public Policy and Administration, his expertise includes vocational education training, labor markets, private sector development and higher education.
Kushtrim worked as an advisor for Vocational Education and Training and Labour Market at GIZ in Kosovo, contributing to policy development, curriculum frameworks, and continuous professional development for teachers.
Additionally, he served as a Senior Education expert for the European Training Foundation, supporting the monitoring and improvement of vocational education and training systems in Kosovo.
Kushtrim has 14 years of progressive experience in the education sector, leading large-scale complex projects. He is characterized with very good communication skills, energy, and willingness to act.
